EPICC was born from one core observation:

Across 15+ years in brand marketing and business leadership, I kept encountering the same structural flaw:

These were not surface-level errors. They were architectural misalignments.

As I examined these patterns more closely, EPICC began to take form - not as theory, but as a practical structure.

  • When I helped a fashion founder pivot from trend-led streetwear to premium fabric positioning, growth followed authenticity.
